12 minute warm up, arm bars, halos, band work for shoulders
24 kg C&P ladders with pull-ups
Still no shoulder pain. Very happy about this.
24kg Swings in 6 minutes--did 25 then rested for 10 seconds. Right hand, left hand, then two-handed for 6 sets. Total of 125 swings.
Immediately iced knee and elevated it. Felt great during the workout. We'll see how it is in about 3 hours.
