I like the bent press a lot, but it sure feels weird. I've finally found the groove and hope to increase the weight soon.
24kg MP pain test (shoulder rehab)
3/right, 3 left. No pain if I go really slow on the right to find the groove and keep the bell supported from bottom to top of the movement.
