Power to the People might be the best strength program ever created. I've deadlifted 5 of the last 7 days and I feel great. Not even close to overtraining. Switching to sumo style has made a big difference. It's almost all legs now. My back has no idea that I've been deadlifting so often.
My previous cycle ended at 280. That's where I'm at tomorrow and the door is wide open.
