Felt weak when I woke up. Putting five more pounds on today would have killed me and ended the cycle. So I took 15 lbs off and felt really strong. After a weekend off, I'll be ready to go again on Monday.
Hip Adductor:
1x150x10, 1x170x10
Hip Abductor: 1x130x10, 1x170x10
I'm feeling the sumo DLs in my hips. These are helping me feel more stability at the lockout.
16kg BUP 5/arm
COC#1: 1x4/arm, 1x3/arm holding last rep for 5 seconds, 1x2/arm, holding last rep for 5-8 seconds.
