Mobility and Arm Bars

The April RKC is coming up through, so I'm going to start getting my conditioning back with snatches, cleans, etc. I've lost some shoulder flexibility and strength, so I've started doing RKC arm bars a few times/week. Check it out if the small parts in your shoulders, biceps, backs, or all of the above could use some strength and increased flexibility

Today: 5 minutes Arm bars

Superjoints
