Deadlifts, Marty's blog

Feeling a little sick, so I had a light workout. Just got a sweat going.

Sumo deads: 135x7, 185x4, 235x5x5

two hand thumbless plate curls: 45x7, 45x5, 35x10, 35x6. these are my new favorite. They make tearing phonebooks a lot easier.

Shoulder feels okay. It hurts the worst in the morning. Can't figure out the best way to sleep yet.
