Wrists/grip

back is tender from deadlifts yesterday, so no snatches or C&Ps today.

pinch block: 5 lbs at full extension
right: 20,15
Left: 15,11

8lb sledge levers
front to nose: 5/arm. Couldn't do crap after the pinch block
2 minutes farmers walk with 24kg kbs
