Shoulder rehab and Rows

A bunch of arm bars and half get-ups

2 circuits of 12-15 reps:
db protractions, retractions, and posterior capsule stretches

DB rows, left arm only:
105x4x2, resetting after each rep, went slow

25lb plate curl:
Right: 10, 4
Left: 4,5

pinch 3 10s for time: Right = 30 seconds, left = 28

Wrist curls with bar: 1x25
