Weighted pull ups and Plate Curls, ITBS Day 2-

3 Sessions of ITBS stretches throughout day
1. 5:30 AM-

DC warmup
weighted pull ups:
25lbsx4x3
Barbell MP: 115x1x2

Plate curls: 25x1x3/arm, 25x1x3 left/ 4 right. these are getting much easier to do strictly

5 min arm bars
24kg KB C&P ladder
1x(1,2,3) right shoulder hurt. Stopped.
