January 15, 2009 Knee Recovery

5 minutes arm bars
5 minutes joint mobility

Weighted pullups supersetted with 5 pushups: 25lbsx5x3reps

DB rows: 2x3@80

Abductor: 3x8@190
24kg Snatches on the minute: 5/arm x 6 minutes. Now I remember why I got into KBs. These snatches kicked my butt. My conditioning is suddenly pathetic.

My right knee is bugging me if I go deep on lunges, DLs, or squats. I'm not going to do any of them until at least February. In the meantime, I'll focus on R.I.C.E.R and KB and pullup conditioning.
