deadlifts, rows and ladders

135x6, 185x3, 225x2, 275x5, 250x5
No pain in knee.

DB rows: 85x5, 90x3

Adductor: 175x8, 190x8, 205x6
Abductor: 160x7, 170x6

KB ladders
24kg 4x(1,2,3) Slight twinge in bad shoulder on final set. Slowed down and it stopped.
