Hurt this morning but loosened up fine with stretching. Not sure if I'll keep deadlifting.
Stretches throughout day:
Session 1: 7:30 AM
Session 2: 12:00
Session 3: 7:30

That sucks if you can't keep deadlifting.
ReplyDeleteIt's weird. I didn't mean for good, by the way. My knee still feels pretty good. It just tightened up a little quicker than before after deadlifting. I'll give it until next Thursday regardless.
ReplyDeleteOh that's good. I thought you were not going to do it for awhile. The rest can't hurt. Would you do it more often than once a week anyway?
