Adductor: 175x1x9, 190x1x9, 205x1x7
Abductor: 175x1x7, 175x1x3, 160x1x9
Arm bars: 4 minutes
C&P ladders, 16kg right, 24kg left:3x(1,2,3)
No pain in right shoulder
24kg snatches on minute: 5/5 for 10 rounds = 100
getting easier. Conditioning starting to come back.
